How to delete your Prostay data.

In the product, open the guest profile and choose Delete and forget. We immediately remove the personal fields and replace them with a one-way hash so reservation totals stay intact for accounting.

Linked messages, folio entries, payment receipts and notes are anonymised in the same operation.

From Settings → Channels, choose Disconnect. Tokens are revoked instantly. Any messages you exchanged through that channel remain on your reservations to preserve the conversation history. They can be deleted individually from the guest profile.

If you no longer use Prostay, write to office@prostay.com from a verified admin address with the subject Account deletion request. We confirm within one business day, schedule the deletion and complete it within 30 calendar days.

• Financial records (invoices, payment evidence): 7 years where required by tax law.
• Security logs (sign-in events, audit trail): 13 months for incident investigation.
• Identifiers necessary to enforce a legal claim: until the claim is resolved.

When you delete data from Prostay, we also send a deletion signal to the connected channel where the API supports it. The channel itself remains the controller of any copy it stores; their own retention policies apply.
