Prostay is the operating system for modern hospitality, used by independent hotels, boutique groups, B&Bs and vacation rental managers across more than 30 countries. As Account Manager for our French-speaking book of business, you will be the long-term commercial owner of a portfolio of 80 to 120 active hotel customers in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Quebec and the wider francophone market. You'll run the relationship end-to-end after a property goes live: onboarding handoff, quarterly business reviews, feature adoption (PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Revenue Management, Prostay Pay, Hotel Accounting), upsell and expansion, contract renewals, and reference development. You'll work closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Product and Sales, and you'll be the voice of the French-speaking customer inside the company.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Own renewals, expansion and net-revenue retention for a portfolio of 80 to 120 French-speaking hotel customers
  • Run quarterly business reviews with operators in French, surfacing PMS data, RevPAR and ADR benchmarks, and product-adoption gaps
  • Drive cross-sell of the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Revenue Management, Prostay Pay and Hotel Accounting modules into your accounts
  • Coordinate Implementation handoffs and act as escalation point for at-risk accounts
  • Build a small library of French-language hotel case studies, video testimonials and reference calls
  • Partner with Product on French-market feedback (taxe de séjour collection, fiche de police, electronic invoicing, local payment methods)
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot): renewal dates, MRR, health score, expansion opportunities
  • Forecast your portfolio's quarterly NRR and renewal risk to the Head of Customer Success

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Native or fully fluent French, plus business-level English (the working language at Prostay)
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success or Hospitality Tech Sales
  • Track record of consistently hitting NRR / renewal / expansion quota
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfortable negotiating renewals, pricing and multi-year contracts
  • Comfort reading a hotel P&L and explaining KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and GOPPAR in customer reviews
  • Calm under escalation: you can stay constructive when a customer is unhappy and find the right path forward
  • EU work authorization or eligibility to work remotely from an EU-friendly timezone (UTC-5 to UTC+2)

Apprécié

  • Background in hospitality (managed a property, ran front office, opened a hotel) before moving into SaaS
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Linear, Notion and a modern SaaS tooling stack
  • Working knowledge of French taxe de séjour and Atout France classification frameworks
