Autopilot

Six strategies. One revenue manager. No black box.

Turn on the strategies that match how the property actually books. Each one has its own configuration, its own scope (all channels, or Direct + rate push) and its own execution mode. The combination method is yours: add the percentages together, compound them, or take only the largest.

The six strategies

  • Occupancy-Based: high and low occupancy thresholds, with directional rate moves.
  • Lead Time: early-bird and last-minute windows, with their own discount curves.
  • Day of Week: weekend premium and midweek discount, applied per arrival.
  • Event & Season: peak / off-peak multipliers, set by hand or detected from history.
  • Competitor-Reactive: undercut, match or sit premium versus the comp set average.
  • Booking Pace: rate moves when bookings track ahead of or behind forecast.

Forecasting

A forecast that updates as the day changes.

Pickup, on-the-books and pace recalculated every fifteen minutes from the actual reservations sitting in the PMS. Confidence bands widen as the horizon stretches. Demand drivers (peak season, weekend premium, holiday window) show against every day, so the GM reads the forecast without reading the model.

Rate Calendar

A whole week. One screen. Every cell explained.

Each cell is a room type on a date. Manual overrides show in blue, auto-applied moves in green, pending suggestions in amber. Switch the view from base rate to any rate plan to see the cascade. Click a cell to edit, accept the suggestion, or open the audit trail.

Suggestions

Every rate change carries a reason.

When the RMS proposes a move you see the strategy that fired, the data behind it, the suggestion strength, and the cascade across rate plans and per-person tiers. Modify the rate before accepting, accept all pending in one batch, or leave a strategy on Suggest Only until you trust it.

How a suggestion is built

  • A strategy fires (e.g. Booking Pace +14% vs forecast).
  • The proposed rate is capped by the room’s min/max boundaries and the daily-change ceiling.
  • Strength is tagged Strong, Moderate or Marginal based on signal confidence.
  • Cascade preview shows derived plans, independent plans and per-person tiers.
  • Approve, modify, reject, or auto-apply. Either way the activity log records it.
