How to Find Guests.

As the guest list increases, finding specific guests manually by scrolling through entries becomes more difficult. Prostay lets you find guests through search filters and a dedicated search bar.

To locate the guests page, Go To: Property Management > Guests.

Find Guests Using Search Filters:

Click the “Search Filter” button.
Click the Check-in Date. Use the calendar to select a date.
Click the Check-out Date. Use the calendar to select a date.
Determine if you'd prefer to show only new or repeat guests.
Select the preferred guest's statuses. Learn how to create guest statuses here.
Select preferred countries.
Click “Apply Filters.”

Note: You don't need to tick options in every single box. Select only options from your preferred fields, and click “Apply Filters." [7]

Find Guests Using Search Bar

Here's how to find guests using the search bar.

Click into the search bar at the top right of the guest page.
Type in a guest's name.
See the list of guests with the name.
