In cases of forgotten passwords, you can perform a quick password reset, which allows you to change passwords without going through the email reset method.
This is most helpful when you have staff who can't access their profiles, and need help.
Method 1
Here's the first method to reset a user's password from your Prostay dashboard.
- Select a user using the checkboxes.
- Click “Reset Password.”
- Tick the checkbox to create a password automatically. (optional)
- See the automatically created password, or enter the password manually.
- Tick the option(s) that suit your preferences.
- Click “Save.”

Method 2
Here's another method to reset a user's password.
- Click the pen icon.
- Click “Reset password” beside the user's initials.
- Tick the checkbox to create a password automatically. (optional)
- See the automatically created password, or enter the password manually.
- Tick the option(s) that suit your preferences.
- Click “Save."
