User roles refer to the ability of each user to perform a defined number of tasks within Prostay.

You can create roles that suit your property's administrative or(and) operational needs. After making each user role, it is important to immediately give it some level of access by choosing the preferred capabilities for that user.

To locate the User roles,  Go To: System Setting > Users > User Roles

Here's how to add user roles;

  1. Click “Add New Roles.”
  2. Name the role.
  3. Add a short but detailed description.
  4. Click “Save.”
  5. Click the pen icon beside the role you just created.
  6. Toggle the section(s) for which you want to add permissions.
  7. Tick the preferred specifics of those permissions.
  8. Click “Save Changes.”
