ProStay has 2 sections
      - the "Host-section" to enter room data and reserve dates
&
      - the "Guest-section" where the potential guest can view room availability and make a booking.

The Host-Section On creation of a ProStay account you will be given access to the administration control panel (picture 1) allowing you to easily setup all the rooms/suites/packages you offer. Company Account Settings Customising ProStay to suit your needs is as easy as filling in company details such as the Establishment Name, Email Address, Website Address. Other information to be entered includes Disclaimer Notice and Cancellation Policy, Deposit Percentage required and the text to appear in Booking Confirmation email. Room Setup Setting up each room is as simple as filling in a form. (see Picture 2) Room setup details: The Room Name Room Description Room Base Rate & Rate Per Person Minimum and Maximum Number of Guests Minimum Number of Nights Number of Nights to stay for Discount to apply Discount Percentage Once a room is set up it will appear on your administration home page, complete with a colour-coded calendar showing you what dates the room, is available, is reserved or has unconfirmed bookings (see Picture 1). Booking Statistics are also available on this page, showing you at a glance how many confirmed and unconfirmed bookings you have. Blocked Dates Another feature of ProStay is ability for the Host to "Block dates". This means if you wish to take some time off then you can easily log in and block the dates required, making them unavailable to guests. Dates are blocked per room - so if you have reservations made offline you can easily block the date making it unavailable for guests to book online, saving embarrassing double ups! Viewing what dates you have blocked is a simple as pushing one button - you can even edit them if you need! Booking Display You can view all booking details for your guests with one simple click. These details include: Guest Name Check-In and Out dates Room Name Number of Guests Number of Nights they have booked for (see Picture 3). Editing Details You can edit any details at any time - this includes blocked dates, room setup, company account settings and bookings. So there is no need to worry if you have made a mistake! Change any details, prices or dates as often as you want, instantly and without fuss.

The Guest-Section Potential guests are prompted, on your existing website, to click the ProStay instant availability icon to view available dates and/or make a booking. Step by step With Availability Calendar Off: Guests simply select check in/out dates, then are shown what rooms are available for that date. From there they select the room and number of guests, then continue with the booking as stated below. With Availability Calendar On: Guests can see at a glance if you have rooms available and are then stepped through the simple process of selecting check in/out dates (see Picture 4) and number of guests (minimum and maximum numbers are Host selectable). ProStay then calculates the booking costs (see Picture 5), including subtracting any discount the booking is eligible for (also Host selectable) and asks for the Guests details including Credit Card information. Secure and safe ProStay is contained within an SSL secure environment to protect sensitive details. Positive confirmation of acceptance of Terms & Conditions (including Cancellation policy) is required buy ticking a box before a booking can be made.   Required fields ensure false bookings are kept to a minimum. Intelligent The Guest and Host are automatically sent a confirmation email outlining all submitted details (except Credit Card details).   The selected dates are automatically marked as "On Request" should anyone check your website. Simple to use The Host then logs into the ProStay system, confirms the booking (making the dates unavailable) and retrieves the Credit Card details to make any required charges.
